ATTENTION -Our time frames for shipping are based on working days so UK bank holidays are not counted as working days so your item may be delayed. With that being said your item/s may arrive sooner or may take longer as they are only guidelines.
RETURNS - Please return your item with signed delivery as we are not responsible for your return getting lost. Once we have received your item PLEASE ALLOW 10 WORKING DAYS for your return to be processed. Our returns policy is 14 days from purchase date.
You will be eligible for a return only with these conditions. Item/s must be UNWORN, in the same condition you received them and the ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED. Also in original packaging.
REFUNDS - Once we have your return we will inspect your item/s and if your'e appproved it can take 10 WORKING DAYS for your credit to be applied to to the original payment method. You will be notified by email to let you know wether your item/s has been refunded/exchanged or rejected (due to not returning in re-sellable condition)
